I am feeling aches and pains whenever I get so tired and cranky. I can’t walk for long distances. There’s always shortness of breath that I have to deal with.
Last Saturday, my friends and I crossed the street. We just came from a great dinner in one of our fave restaurants. While walking, I noticed that I was getting short of breath while my friends walked in front of me. I just didn’t show it but walking fast has become a problem to me.
It’s the excess weight for sure. I can’t go on like this. I was actually scared when we reached the coffee shop because I was thinking what happened to me already that a short distance troubled me that way?
