I worked for a company that’s been in existence for decades. Can you imagine how many documents they have that are in storage? I remember one of the vacant storage areas in the province was filled to the rafters of boxes filled with financial and tax reports as well as supporting documents of each of those reports. I suggested to the big boss of the company to consider getting a document management software and go paperless!

It would be truly ideal for the company considering it will eliminate so many papers being used and then eventually stored in boxes upon boxes. And believe me, it can be confusing when there’s an old report, say five or ten years ago, that needs to be found. With a document management software, filing, storing, finding documents are made easy. Plus it’ll help save nature!
