Our neighbor felt the need to celebrate his birthday by turning up the volume of their karaoke, busting dance hits and then later on singing to his heart’s content. I wouldn’t have minded it especially I knew it was the person’s birthday. But he started banging out the sounds when the evening news came on! Past 6PM! Man, if that isn’t inconsiderate I don’t know what is!
The karaoke man and his drinking buddies finished their session near midnight. Thank goodness for the heavy downpour their noise was somewhat drowned out by the pattering of the rain.

Believe me, I can totally relate. We have a neighbor who does that every single day! Yes, buti na lang umuulan ngayon.
