Broken piggy bank

I spent all my savings already. My piggy bank looks like this now…

Yes, not pretty to look at. Hobbling. In fact, broken.

I spent everything I had with the wake and the cremation. It was supposed to be used to buy me something else. But things happen and you just have to make do with what you have.

I need to just save up again.

But how come it feels like an emergency happens when I have a lot in my piggy bank. I hate that feeling of saving up for an emergency! My aunt said that families like us really save up for an emergency because we don’t have anybody to turn to should a need arise. Why can’t I save so I can use it for leisure?

Life is really NOT fair! Why not tip the scale in our favor for a change, huh?
