You can spend minutes, hours, days or even months over-analyzing a situation, Trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve, would’ve happened… or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the fuck on.
I read this quote from a friend’s friend. I was laughing when I read it. Because it’s so spot-on! I do tend to overanalyze a situation sometimes. Actually, most of the time. But lately, I’ve been realizing more and more that I am better off leaving the past and regrets behind. I am better off acting on today and tomorrow than being stuck in yesterday. As the quote said, move the fuck on!
