No sleep

I have a friend who is an insomniac. She literally cries herself to sleep each and every night. She would cry from being too tired and her body won’t respond to her order to sleep. Someone suggested she get the best over the counter sleep aid for those days that she really can’t afford to brood over things until sleep finds her.
I haven’t talked to her again for a month now. I am curious if the sleep aid works for her. I do hope so. Because sleep is already a luxury to most people, including my friend, and we can’t afford not to get enough.
