If you are regularly reading this blog of mine, you know that for the past few months, I have this burning desire to acquire a new house for the family. I felt the need when I realized that I couldn’t take the noise coming from our neighbors anymore. Every Sunday, two families from the neighborhood feel the need to belt out tunes from a videoke machine. It doesn’t matter if there is an occasion. But they start doing it very early and end it really late. It’s so darn irritating! And bothersome, to say the least. My siblings and I catch up on sleep on Sundays. We also would love some peace and quiet during the family day. With the noise coming from the neighbors, which incidentally live right next door to us, peace and quiet is quite impossible to achieve. Thus, this burning desire of mine to purchase a new house for me and the family.
Getting a home loan is quite easy. All you need to do is go to the nearest bank or financial institution and apply for one. Now, applying is easy. But you need to make sure that you have the documents needed to support your financial status. Most banks and other financial institutions require a good credit standing. But there are also those who give a chance to someone who has a negative credit report. The processing make take some time, depending on the institution. Some only takes an hour or a day. It all depends on the completeness of the supporting documents you have.
I intend to take out a loan as soon as I find the house in a neighborhood I like.
