Comments offAll I ever wanted is to have a comfortable life. I don’t dream of becoming uber rich. Just to have more than enough for emergencies and some indulgences, mostly travel-related. In fact, the house I want is a small one, possible just a bungalow or with a mezzanine/second floor, if it can’t be helped.
I am just reminded of this simple dream of mine when I saw a tv show that featured a lotto winner. 82 million pesos! Within a year or so, he spent all of it already. Now, he’s back to living like a pauper again.
Such waste of a blessing. I was thinking the whole time I was watching it that if I won that amount of money, it would not go to waste for sure. I would divide half of it among us siblings, a portion would go to my dad, and then the rest will go to grandparents and other relatives.
