Early signs

I do believe my dad is in need of some arthritis relief on stock at home. He’s experiencing early signs already. He’s been showing a brave front but I saw him the other day flexing his hands and fingers.

Our family has a history of arthritis, rheumatism, and other kinds of joint pains. On both sides of the family so my siblings and I know as early as now that we would be suffering from it as we grow old. Unless we change our lifestyles. Because have I mentioned that we are overweight people, too?
