Cannot afford it

My cousin wants to take up a medical course, specifically a Nursing degree is what she has in mind. But my uncle was honest enough that he can’t afford the tuition fees because he is also sending his other younger kids to school. I told my cousin that she can opt for a cheaper course in the medical field like medical coding training courses or some other related to medicine but with a lesser cost. Anyway, she can always go and get a higher education once she can afford it already.
