I know someone who’s taking supplements like hgh supplements. To enhance his life. And you know what? He is really fit and living a great life. A very active life, I might add. An uncle wants to try it but my aunt is adamant that he should have himself checked first by their family doctor. And I agree. It doesn’t mean that just because something worked for this person it will also work for you. We have different bodies and we respond differently to many things. Might as well get the expert’s opinion first.
