I have never been more meticulous in services provided to me than now. I hate that I am shortchanged when I am shelling out money I worked hard for. Thank goodness that when it comes to a web host, I found one with a good customer support. The web host has a live chat I can use when I encounter problems with my hosting plan. And it has proven to be useful to me a number of times already! I hope other companies will follow their example in customer service.
