On a strict diet

I was able to talk to one of the dearest friends I have. This morning, in fact. I was shocked to find out that she got hospitalized a few weeks ago due to aborted diabetes. Her right eye almost gone blind because of high sugar level as well as high blood pressure. She is now on a strict diet. I told her that to aid in her dieting, she should ask her doctor if she can also use natural appetite suppressants. I have a former co-worker use that two months after giving birth and have lost 35 pounds because of it.
