Safe area for walking

This place we were looking at is conducive to walking. You can walk around the block and feel safe. There are barangay tanods patrolling the area 24/7. You can even walk down the street with a Bob stroller and still feel safe that no car will bump you and your baby off. It will be a good area for me and my sister because we can walk and run whenever we want. We are hoping we can move there. Soon.
