Comments offWhen I feel depressed or worried or anxious, I eat a lot. It is my defense mechanism against the onslaught of emotions I will surely feel. The thing is, if I keep on doing this every time I get depressed or worried or anxious, my weight will triple in a few months’ time. I don’t think I could get it off easily unless I start taking Ephadrasil hardcore. Now, I try to channel my thoughts elsewhere. I try to find something to focus on instead of dwelling with the worries I have. In turn, my mind will stay away from thoughts of food.
